Sick Children=No Knitting

So, last week it was Tyler's turn to be sick- yucky cold, icky cough that kept him home, fever that made us go to the doctor, etc.. This week it is Kelly's turn.
The poor kid was sent home from Pre-K on Tues with 102 degree fever. She's had a fever on and off for the last 3 days. We are going to the doctor at 2:30 today so that means the store will be closing at about 2pm- sorry! Got to figure out what's wrong with her! Next week is her school vacation so if you want to come see the little princess, she'll be here (hopefully feeling better) all week with me. She's very good at unpacking yarn, not so good at letting mommy knit though- especially when she's sick and clingy.

I'm knitting a corn on the cob now for the food window display- got about 4 inches of it done last night and it looked a little phallic- you decide:

Here's the piece of Blueberry pie I finished over the weekend:
The pattern is from pieknits.com I didn't like it as much as the cherry pie- I think I made the stuffing section a little too big or the crust a little too small. Oh well.
